  • We are hosting an outdoor vendor fair next door to our coffee shop, Legacy Coffee. It will be located in the parking lot connected to our outdoor patio. Located at 3029 N. Hastings Way, Eau Claire, WI.

  • The Outdoor Market is a monthly pop-up event on Saturdays from 9am-3pm.

  • No. We have it set up that you’re welcome to purchase the dates that fit your schedule. Book one, book all - it’s up to you!

    We do offer a FREE booth ($50 value) when you book more than four dates. See “Vendor Discount” for more information.

  • There is no application process. If you think you’re a good fit, simply add the dates you’re interested into the cart and use the checkout button to complete the process.

  • Vendor spaces are 10x10 booths. All vendors are responsible to bring your own tent, tables, and setup materials.

    Electrical outlets are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

  • Receive a FREE booth date when you book more than four event dates!

    Simply add at least five dates to your cart and use code BOM2026 at checkout to apply the discount.

  • We encourage vendors to think outside the tent when designing their space. Create an experience, not just a table. Consider styled vignettes, layered rugs, wooden crates for height, clothing racks with personality, vintage ladders for displays, floral installations, statement signage, interactive elements, or a small “try me” station. The booths that draw a crowd are the ones that feel immersive, photo worthy, and thoughtfully styled.

    Need help styling? Our sister company, Sweet Legacy, has a rental warehouse full of hundreds of props and furniture to help style your space. You’ll receive a 50% discount on any items rented and they’ll place rentals in your booth space before setup and they’ll remove items after the event so you’ll never have to lift a finger!

  • This is a rain or shine event. We will move forward regardless of weather conditions. Participation during inclement weather is at the discretion of each vendor. We may move into our indoor space as a last resort but space is not guaranteed. Because indoor space is limited, vendors will not be given a full 10×10 space and may be limited to a single table space.

  • Vendors will receive two drink tickets to redeem at Legacy Coffee. Including coffee, lattes, mimosas, wine and more!

  • Vendors will receive a food menu form from Legacy Coffee for meals to be delivered during the lunch hour.

  • Upon payment, your booth spot will be reserved. All vendor fees are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend your selected date, you may transfer to a different available date at no cost.
